FAQs

Q: When does video coverage begin?
A: Generally, the video is activated 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each session. You will need to refresh your browser to begin the video stream. Please do not report a technical problem unless you see "Video: Live" in the Video Status box at the top of the page.

Q. What if the Video Status box reads "Video: Live" and I am still experiencing technical difficulties?
A. Send us an e-mail, or fill out and submit our online form. We will try to resolve the problem as quickly as we can.

Q: Will I need to manually refresh the page to get the latest heat information?
A: No, the Current Heat and Next Heat information is updated automatically.

Q: The boxes for Current Heat, Next Heat and/or Video Feed Status display the message "Error 404" or "Page not found" or "Oops. What happened here? Looks like there was an error. Trying refreshing your page again."
A: Refresh the main window to reload the information.

Q: What does it mean if my video feed is black?
A: If your feed is black, the site has reached its maximum amount of users. You will have to try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience if this happens.
